These terms and conditions shall govern your use of Easy Parking Service and its associated website (referred to as the "website").
The provision of our services is carried out solely and entirely on the understanding that the Customer accepts, fully and completely, these terms and conditions, which also include the service provider terms, cancellation policy and our liabilities. Whilst Easy Parking Service provides a variety of high-value and budget offers, we mainly offer low-cost products and it is important that Customers appreciate, when booking, that our terms and conditions are designed to enable us to keep our prices within pre-determined limits.
By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
Easy Parking Service acts only as a booking agent for the service provider offering their products through the website. It does not itself provide the car parking services.
You must read and understand all information about each service provider including their terms prior to purchasing their service. If you have any queries or questions about the offered service(s), you must raise them prior to committing.
If certain terms are deemed unenforceable, this should not render the entire contract unenforceable — the terms are severable.
This contract is governed by English law.
Easy Parking Service reserves the right to change these Terms, but once you have made a booking, the Terms which apply are those which were in place at the time of booking.

Bookings made through the website are deemed confirmed by email containing a booking reference number sent to the email address provided on the booking form.
Bookings made by telephone or online chat will be deemed confirmed by an operator with a booking reference number.
All bookings are subject to availability and Easy Parking Service reserves the right not to accept or fulfil a booking. A booking is not a guaranteed place and Easy Parking Service may cancel a booking if the service provider advises that it is unable to fulfil it.
All bookings are non-transferable.
If for any reason your booking confirmation has not been received, you must contact us immediately to avoid any no-show or cancellation charges.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided correct contact details and read the directions to your car park, or your full arrival instructions for meet and greet.
If you book one of our Saver products, you will be getting a great product at a lower rate. We cannot be responsible if the product is not suitable for every situation.
Sometimes Easy Parking Service may have to make changes to your booking after you have made it. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the new arrangements are not suitable, we will offer you a full refund.
Service Providers do not normally allow use of Dash Cams or Trackers while your vehicle is in their care, due to insurance and security purposes.
Service Providers may have multiple compounds and not all compounds will have the same or full security measures.
You must print and take your booking confirmation email with you when you travel.
All prices for pre-bookings are in GBP (British Pounds Sterling).
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
Payments for bookings made via our website or telephone can only be made by card payment. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
If a payment by card is declined, Easy Parking Service and the service provider reserve the right not to fulfil the services on your booking.
Service providers may charge additional fees to cover extras including terminal parking charges, delays and wider or larger vehicles. These charges are applied by the service provider independently.
Easy Parking Service acts as a booking agent and cannot issue a VAT receipt. A full VAT invoice/receipt can only be obtained from the principal operator providing the required service.
All amendment or cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing us at easyparkingservices.leeds@gmail.com or calling us at +447460467730, quoting your booking reference number.
Bookings with Cancellation Cover can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the departure date. You will receive a refund on your parking price less the admin/booking fee and any upsells.
Bookings made within 72 hours of the drop-off date will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Cover does not apply for bookings made within 72 hours of the drop-off date.
A booking may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the drop-off date, except on certain non-flexible offers which are non-refundable. All cancellations will incur an administration fee.
Any amendments to the pick-up date after drop-off is completed must be raised directly with the service provider.
Customers wishing to shorten the length of stay for a service, once the service has commenced, will still be liable to pay the whole fee for the service booked.
Non-refundable bookings made for Saver or non-flexible parking products will not be acceptable for cancellations or amendments.
Cancellation or amendment requests can only be actioned within office hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm).
Once a cancellation or amendment is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used at the time of booking.
Easy Parking Service searches all available service providers in its system to provide quotations. When you make a booking, you are deemed to have also read and accepted the specific company's Terms and Conditions.
Easy Parking Service acts solely as a booking agent for service providers and is only liable to the customer for losses arising directly from its own negligence in processing the booking.
Any claims related to the delivery of the car parking services including loss and damages must be made against the service provider and are subject to its terms and conditions.
Easy Parking Service is not responsible in any way once the vehicle has been handed over to or returned by the operator, or whilst in the care of the operator or service provider.
Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk and no valuables must be kept in the vehicle.
The total liability of Easy Parking Service to the client for all applicable claims is limited to the cost of the client's booking.
As a booking agent, Easy Parking Service is liable to the customer only for losses directly arising from negligence in processing a booking.
Any complaints in relation to the quality of the car parking service provided should be made in writing to the service provider as soon as possible, with a copy sent to Easy Parking Service. Complaints should be raised with as much detail as possible including paperwork and photographs.

No liability for loss or damage to your vehicle including tyres, trims, wheels, alloy wheels, windscreens, mechanical and structural failures will be considered.
All claims for damage should be reported before leaving the airport, whilst your vehicle remains within the care and control of the service provider.
No claims for damage or service will be accepted once you have received the vehicle from the car park driver and left the airport terminal.
All complaints must be made within 5 days of receiving the vehicle back. If not reported within this time frame, Easy Parking Service and the service provider reserve the right to refuse liability.
No vehicles will be covered for theft, fire, flood damage or any other intervening act of nature whilst in custody.
All valuable items must be removed from the vehicle prior to drop-off.
Easy Parking Service and service providers accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, or other keys left on the key ring.
Service providers will endeavour to deliver your vehicle back to you within 60 minutes of calling, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Easy Parking Service and service providers reserve the right to move any vehicle within or outside the car park to whatever extent is deemed necessary for efficient management or security purposes.
If you are later or earlier than your scheduled time of arrival by 4 hours, you will incur an additional parking charge.
For every day you are late, there will be an additional parking charge payable.
If you arrive earlier than the designated time, there will be a one-off additional charge applied.
Customers must collect their vehicle on or before the stated return date. Failure to collect will result in overstay charges being applied.
If a vehicle remains uncollected for 30 days after the return date and the customer has made no contact, the vehicle will be treated as potentially abandoned.
Easy Parking Service will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the contact details provided at booking.
Following the initial 30-day period, a further 14-day notice period will be provided for the customer to respond and arrange collection.
If no response or arrangement is made within the additional 14-day notice period, Easy Parking Service reserves the legal right to sell or otherwise dispose of the vehicle. Proceeds may be used to cover overstay charges, storage, administrative, and disposal costs.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate and up-to-date contact details are provided and timely communication in the event of delays or emergencies.
